Initially all new customer accounts will be accepted on a Credit/Debit card basis only. Risk passes upon receipt of good, but title to goods remains the property of Acerbis UK Ltd until payment is received in full – E & O accepted.
We reserve the right to levy a handing charge for returns. Returns must be reported by telephone and returned within in 14 days of invoice. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
Warranty must be reported by telephone. Claims have to be inspected by us. We reserve the right to replace to repair where possible.
Orders over £150 will be dispatched free of charge. (However a discounted charge may be applied on parcels of excessive weight.) This applies to mainland UK only. Islands and orders below £150 will be charged for at standard parcel rates. Deliveries placed before 3.00pm are usually dispatched the same day, for next day delivery.
We do not encourage companies to request the direct dispatch of products to their customers. However under special circumstances we will dispatch an urgent product direct to a customer’s address. Any product sent by us directly to a customer will only be dispatched by courier with signature on delivery. All products dispatched by us will be at the customer’s own risk. NO LIABILTIY FOR THE DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ACERBIS UK LTD.
